Refund Policy

Returns

You may return your item for any reason within 30 days of receipt of item. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and we want you to purchase from us again. If something goes wrong we will strive to make it right. However, to prevent any abuse of the returns process we have some basic and reasonable guidelines below:

If you were sent the wrong item, the item was defective or damaged, then you will not be responsible for return shipping costs. A prepaid return label will be sent to you. You will receive a replacement or refund once the item is received back to us.

Item must be returned in its original condition, with original box or packaging and with all parts, accessories, user manuals, etc. included. If these items are missing or damaged you may only receive a partial refund.

If you "changed your mind" or you ordered the wrong size, or any other reason other than defect, damage, or wrong item sent, then you are responsible for return shipping costs. You will be refunded for the product(s) only and not the original shipping cost. The original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Some items may not be returnable. This may be indicated on the product description page. Items may include, but are not limited to, sanitary goods, undergarments, food stuffs, etc.

Refunds will be issued back to whatever form of payment you used to purchase the item(s).
