Is there a minimum order?

Yes. The minimum order is $20.00. The total amount of items in your cart must total $20.00 or more not including shipping.


Why did my transaction get cancelled or didn't go through?

Your credit card or payment billing address must match your shipping address. We do not drop ship items to alternate address or ship items as "gifts" to other addresses. If you think your order was cancelled in error please contact us using the form in the "Contact Us" section.


I have questions, concerns, or I want to verify something before I make a purchase.

Use the contact form when you click on "Contact Us" at the bottom of every page. Response times will be minutes or a few hours depending on what time of the day it is. Almost all messages received M-F 9:00am-5:00pm will be addressed immediately same day.



Sales Tax will only be charged to residents of Virginia. If you are in Virginia and you would like to be exempt from sales tax please forward a copy of your Virginia Retail Sales & Use Certificate or other tax exempt documentation.



You can expect that 99% of the time the item will be in stock. Occasionally, an item may go out of stock before it can be removed from the website. You will be notified by email if one of your purchases goes out of stock and we will wait for your reply before we continue processing rest of the order.



We guarantee that all of our products are new and authentic. We may sell some vintage or antique items which will be clearly indicated as such.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?

 Simply reply to your order conformation email and confirm. Once you double check if the address given is wrong, kindly notify us via the contact form in the "Contact Us" section at bottom of page. 



We will select the best carrier and method of shipping based on the size and weight of the products you order. Items will be shipped in 24-48 hours after payment is received.
